Gaza & Flyer Litter
Born Dec 24, 2006

Track tests out the fresh snow on one of his first forays outside.  Raising pups in the winter is particularly difficult if the outside conditions are harsh.
Track and Twinkle leave the snug and heated dog house for a little exploration time.  They didn't stay out long! The wind chill was near zero. They weren't left outside long either. I limit their outdoor time to two hours in sever cold conditions. Once back inside the house the pups are treated to a fresh and hot mush meal to warm them up. Next on the agenda then, is a long nap.
Twinkle at 6 weeks.  Many breeders would have culled Twinkle from the litter. Several factors interfered here, or that might very well have been the result. But, looking at her in this picture, she is obviously healthy and bright and will be a fabulous pet for the young lady who has been clamoring for Twinkle's company.
